As a Customer Order Management Executive you are responsible for handling orders from MWIN customers, managed
by responsible Sales Account Holders. You are reponsible for providing service in a way that secures MW´s position as
a valued commercial partner and leading supplier of axial impellers.
You are furthermore responsible for a good cooperation with Sales team, Production, Purchasing and Shipping
department in MWIN stabling MW to deliver operational excellence according to MW value proposition.
Areas of responsibility :
The Employee´s job includes the following :
- Customer Account management
- Identify and develop new customers.
- Understanding customers' application requirements and suggesting a suitable product
- Manage End to End Sales solution and customer support cycle.
- Technical and Commercial agreements with the customers
- Coordinating orders with production and logistics
- Addressing and resolving any issues and customer complaints
- Understand technical drawings and release their BOM in the ERP system reporting & maintaining data in ERP
system
To perform ad-hoc activities / projects assigned by the management.The most important skills and knowledge related to this job :
A solid technical background with an Mechanical engineering degree
