Job Summary :

We are actively seeking a creative and technically proficient Front-End Developer with a strong focus on UI / UX design to join our team in Pune.

This role requires 6-10 years of experience from a candidate who combines aesthetic vision, user empathy, and technical skills to build intuitive, engaging, and seamless digital experiences.

The developer will be responsible for bridging the gap between design and technical implementation, ensuring high usability, responsiveness, and pixel-perfect execution of all digital interfaces.

Primary Responsibility & Core Functions :

UI / UX Translation and Implementation :

• Act as the key bridge between design and development, possessing a strong focus on UI / UX design.
• Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups from design tools into clean, functional, and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Ensure the final front-end implementation strictly adheres to the established design system and brand guidelines.

Front-End Development and Standards :

Collaboration and Design Workflow :

Required Skills & : 6 to 10 years of professional experience in front-end development, specifically emphasizing UI / UX principles.

Core Languages : Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and native JavaScript.

Design Tools : Hands-on proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Design Principles : Solid understanding of usability, accessibility (WCAG), and user-centered design principles.

Development : Proven experience implementing responsive frameworks and translating complex designs into pixel-perfect UIs.

Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to work closely with product managers and other developers in a collaborative setting.
