Primary Responsibilities :

• Scrum Master :  Act as a servant leader and coach to the development teams, guiding them in adopting and implementing agile principles and practices Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define project goals, scope, and backlog items Work closely with product and automation teams to ensure that the software solutions deliver value to business customers Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency Promote effective communication and collaboration within and across teams, ensuring clear understanding of project priorities, timelines, and dependencies Facilitate conflict resolution and help teams make decisions by fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that the team is meeting sprint goals, deliverables, and timelines Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, escalating as needed Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches across the organization to share best practices and drive continuous improvement Develops innovative approaches Sought out as expert Serves as a leader or mentor
• Project ManagementDevelop, document and implement project communication plans (e.g., stakeholder communications)Manage or coordinate communications among all applicable stakeholdersDevelop or maintain definition of project roles or responsibilities, and communicate to project participants (e.g., RACI matricesReview or monitor project progress and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle to identify emerging risks or issuesDevelop or monitor or maintain applicable risk or issue logs (e.g., IRAAD)Analyze and ensure resolution of identified risks and issues, collaborating with and obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders as needed (e.g., root causes)

Develop or implement contingency and recovery plans when deliverables or milestones are missed
