Work Experience : 8-12 years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Development, Engineering at scale, Technical mentoring
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed
What You’ll Do
Lead the decision-making processes related to the selection of software architecture solution.Develops technical / business approaches and new or enhanced technical tools.Performs systems and applications performance characterization and trade-off studies through analysis and simulation.Develops the technical and designs specifications of assigned projects and may perform as implementation lead.Responsible for implementing the System Development Life Cycle methodology and implementing associated cross-functional tools to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.Provide comprehensive technical contribution collaborating with a variety of team members including working cross-functionally with the broader technology team at Maersk to drive common platforms and new servicesCollaborate with other Architects on interdependencies and best-practicesWho You Are
Prior experience on a scrum teamAbility to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflictKnowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrumAbility to determine what is scrum and what is notExperience with successful Agile techniquesAbility to work with and lead a teamStrong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skillsAbility to adapt to a changing environmentSelf-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distractionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by excellent written and oral communicationExhibit a strong work ethic and technical thought-leadershipAdditional Competencies
