Job Title : Sales Manager - International Call Center (Lead & Revenue Generation)

Working Days : 6 days Rotational Shift - Permanent Night Shift
Reports To : Global Director and Managing Director
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our efforts in lead generation and revenue growth . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing customer accounts, and driving consistent revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong ability to manage pipelines, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, and execute territory / account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region.
- Develop and drive the sales pipeline scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
- Target and establish access to decision makers in key strategic accounts within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers , partners, and customers to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Drive enablement and influence of the field sales team to improve scale and increase success rates from lead qualification to closure.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics , ensuring timely reporting and achievement of business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to refine and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong lead generation and revenue growth expertise in a call center environment.Proven track record in B2B / B2C sales, account management, and closing deals .Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven personality.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a call center leadership or sales management role .Experience in territory / account management, pipeline development, and revenue generation .Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite .What We Offer :
