About the Role :
University of Canberra Hospital (UCH), the ACT’s first sub‑acute rehabilitation hospital, is a 140‑bed facility delivering inpatient, aged care, mental health, and community rehabilitation services. As part of CHS’s growing health network, UCH is committed to meeting the needs of our ageing population while ensuring accountability in patient care. The After‑Hours Clinical Nurse Coordinator (AHCNC) is central to this mission, leading clinical coordination across all wards and playing a vital role in the hospital’s emergency response team (HEROs).
