Role Overview :

We are inviting applications from seasoned and certified Design Thinking facilitators

for freelance or project-based engagements. The role demands expertise in

Empathy-Driven Design Thinking , with the ability to inspire innovation, reframe problems, and guide participants through user-centered design processes that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and deliver

high-impact, experiential workshops

on Empathy-Driven Design Thinking.

Apply tools such as

empathy mapping, journey mapping, ideation frameworks, and rapid prototyping

to real-world business challenges.

Adapt content and facilitation style to suit diverse corporate audiences—from emerging leaders to senior management.

Collaborate with the Protocol learning design team to ensure contextual relevance and outcome alignment.

Provide post-program insights and learning impact reports when required.

Candidate Profile : Minimum

10 years of professional experience , including

5+ years as a Design Thinking facilitator or consultant .

Certified in Design Thinking / Human-Centered Innovation

(Stanford d.school, IDEO U, Hasso Plattner Institute, or equivalent).

Deep understanding of empathy-led design principles, creative problem-solving, and innovation frameworks.

Strong facilitation presence, storytelling ability, and executive communication skills.

Based in Bangalore

and available for short-term or project-based engagements.
