Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong agency experience to lead our advertising team and shape winning market strategies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital marketing, have a proven track record of building and executing campaigns, and work closely with the sales team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the advertising team to deliver innovative campaigns.

Develop and implement market strategies that drive growth and brand visibility.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, SEO, email, content, etc.).

Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize for maximum ROI.

Ensure client requirements are met with creative, high-quality deliverables.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

3–6 years of experience in a marketing agency environment.

Candidate should be from Kerala.

Strong expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content, PPC, analytics).

Proven ability to develop and execute market strategies.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent client communication and presentation abilities.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
