Job descriptionBachelors Degree in human resources field required. 4+ years in technical recruitment (IT / software roles) Understanding of software development roles & skills Strong communication & relationship-building skills Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws Proficiency in modern hiring tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.) Top notch remuneration Work with high-growth startups and enterprises globally Exposure to AI-driven projects and cutting-edge tech talent hiring Flat hierarchy, collaborative culture, and direct access to leadership

What You’ll Do :
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and expectations
- Source, screen, and shortlist top technical talent
- Build a strong candidate pipeline via LinkedIn, Naukri, Cutshort etc.
- Manage onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance
- Engage with agencies and tech communities to build the trust in talent network
