Job Description

At Loop, we are on a mission to reimagine and build a 7-star experience by providing & servicing in B2B space for all health services like health insurance, consultation, diagnostics and much more under one umbrella Loop. We already have a portfolio of 1000+ clients including some of the biggest enterprise clients like Nasdaq, Ola, PineLabs.

We are now looking to further expand and build health services offerings as a platform. Having built its MVP version, we now want to build a full-stack solution around it. Hence, we are looking for a seasoned SDE3 who can wear multiple hats to manage a team of developers, plan their deliverables, manage expectations of product managers and product requirements and does not shy away from contributing as a developer.

You will also be expected to be a preacher & follower of best code quality practices and think from platform first solution while building product flows.

Roles And Responsibilities

Technical Skill :

Balancing effective product feature delivery against managing tech debt and creating a high-leverage product platform to accelerate and improve many different initiatives.

Guides team and acts as an expert for Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and monitors other engineers across team, working on call to monitor system / product / service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.

Guides teams and leads identification of dependencies and the development of high level design documents from system & product lens.

Comfortable in adopting & leveraging AI agents in executing day to day tasks.

Developed skill to manage ambiguity in projects lifecycle.

People Skills

Work in a collaborative team setup to model, coach the team members around best practices for Code Quality, Project lifecycle management and managing Scrum ceremonies.

Guides partnership with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., product manager, design, ops ) to determine product requirements within and across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science from top IIT / NIT.

6+ years of industry experience of working in B2B / B2C product companies preferably in a startup environment.

Strong foundation in MERN / Java tech stack and modern cloud-native development on GCP / AWS.

Experience of managing a team size of 4-6 developers.

Experience in building quality products and services, preferably in distributed systems.

Bonus - Experience of building a 0-1 product.
