Social Media Manager - Government Projects

We are looking for a Social Media Manager (Lead) preferably experienced working with Government (Ministries and PSUs) clients, to take ownership of our client’s social presence and lead a dynamic team of social media specialists.

📍 Location : Onsite; New Delhi

💼 Experience : 7-8 years | Immediate Joiners preferred

🏛️ Candidates with experience in Government PSU and Ministry clients are required

Role Description 👥📣💡

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with broader marketing and brand objectives.
• Strategize and manage daily social media activities across platforms — Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, , YouTube, etc.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and support a team of social media executives, copywriters, Graphic designers & video editors; conduct regular check-ins, set KPIs, and provide performance feedback.
• Content Oversight : Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to produce high performing content tailored for each platform (Instagram, , X / Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Strong Client Communication : Should demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and professionally with government departments and public sector stakeholders. Skilled in understanding bureaucratic processes, maintaining formal correspondence, and ensuring clarity and compliance in all client communications
• Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute social media campaigns, brand collaborations, and influencer initiatives.
• Crisis & Reputation Management : Proactively identify and respond to potential brand risks on social media channels.
• Platform Innovation : Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.
