Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Support :
• Assist in managing daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and collaborative projects.
• Maintain documentation, records, and databases.
• Project Coordination :
• Support the planning and execution of healthcare events, webinars, and campaigns.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliverables.
• Track project timelines and report progress to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement :
• Identify and suggest improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Assist in implementing new tools and systems for better operational management.
