ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support to the compliance team by managing files, updating compliance documentation, and creating reports.
• Support monthly compliance reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support monthly compliance cost model updates and coordination with accounting.
• Perform evidence file audits, analysis, and updates.
• Assist in maintaining and developing policies and procedures.
• File and maintain evidence files in a timely manner.
• Attend weekly planning session (coordination / time zones to be determined).
• Manage administrative functions including data entry, report creation, and procedure updates.
• Assist managers in the development of relevant updates to existing documentation.
• Maintain all electronic files, reports, filed documents, etc. related to compliance activities.
• Monitor compliance activities at regulatory agencies, inform managers, directors, and business units of compliance activities, and conduct benchmarking research on best practices.
• Provide oversight, analysis, and guidance to employees and / or business units.
• Perform spot checks of business unit controls, analyze and present results.
