The team

Deloitte Audit & Assurance helps entities mitigate risk, while discovering new opportunities to create value. Our end-to-end risk services span all domains, from managing strategic risks in the CSuite to improving board oversight, and from balancing financial and environmental policies to addressing cyber threats.

Your work profile.

As an Adoption Services & Change Management , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of marketing technology platforms by increasing employee engagement, streamlining operational models, and driving sustainable change. You'll work with Adobe’s largest enterprise customers, guiding them through digital marketing transformation across technology, business processes, organizational structures, and workforce capabilities.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with organizational change. You’ll help customers navigate the complexities of onboarding and adopting new digital solutions—ensuring they unlock the full potential of their investments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Change Leadership

• Lead digital transformation engagements focused on change management, operating model refinement, and organizational design.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align digital strategy with business goals.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and strategic workshops to uncover needs and co-create solutions.
