Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client portfolios, maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various departments to fulfill client requirements, preparing reports, resolving client issues, and handling account-related queries. The Account Manager will also proactively manage and oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring all commitments are met in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience with Accounting and Bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in IT support and outsourcing services
  • Understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle account-related queries
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
