Senior Accounts Executive (CA Dropout)

Job descriptionGeneral Accounting Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Month-End & Year-End Closing Assist in reconciliations, preparation of financial reports, and finalization of accounts. Tax Compliance Prepare and file tax returns (direct & indirect taxes) ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Financial Reporting Prepare MIS reports, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management. Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and projections. Cash Flow Management Monitor daily cash flow and assist in cash optimization strategies. Internal Controls & Audit Ensure adherence to internal control systems and assist in statutory / external audits. Cost Accounting Support cost analysis to ensure departmental efficiency and profitability. Cross-Departmental Support Collaborate with other departments for financial guidance and decision-making support. Experience : Minimum relevant experience in a CA firm. Knowledge : Accounting principles & standards. Tax laws & compliance. Financial reporting & audit processes. Technical Skills : Tally (Advanced proficiency). Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis). Soft Skills : Analytical & problem-solving abilities. Strong written & verbal communication. Attention to detail & accuracy. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills. High integrity and confidentiality.
