Job descriptionPipeline Generation : Identify and qualify target accounts through research, outbound emails, calls, and LinkedIn engagement to build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline. Personalized Outreach : Craft compelling messaging tailored to specific personas—CIOs, CTOs, FinOps leads, and engineering managers—highlighting Cloudgov’s AI-driven value proposition. Collaboration with AE Team : Partner closely with Account Executives to align strategies, hand off qualified leads, and continuously refine outbound campaigns. Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor movements, and cloud cost optimization challenges to sharpen your outreach. CRM & Process Discipline : Maintain organized records in HubSpot, ensuring every interaction is logged, tracked, and optimized for conversion insights. Represent Cloudgov Brand : Act as the face of Cloudgov.ai in early conversations, showcasing professionalism, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for solving complex cloud cost challenges. Curious & Coachable : You’re eager to learn about FinOps, cloud infrastructure, and AI-led cost optimization, and you thrive on feedback. Driven & Goal-Oriented : You have the hunger to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics while maintaining quality outreach. Strong Communicator : You can write concise, engaging outreach emails and confidently engage decision-makers over the phone or LinkedIn. Tech-Savvy : You’re comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and tools like Apollo or Lemlist for outbound campaigns. Collaborative Mindset : You value teamwork, embrace cross-functional collaboration, and contribute ideas to improve outbound effectiveness. Resilient & Positive : You handle rejection with a smile and see every ‘no’ as one step closer to a ‘yes.’ 0–2 years of experience in SaaS sales, inside sales, or lead generation (internships count!). Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or FinOps concepts is a plus. Experience using outbound automation tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or Outreach.io. Strong research skills for account mapping and persona targeting. Creative thinker with a knack for crafting messages that resonate with tech and finance leaders.
