About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel opportunities through targeted outreach and prospect engagement in the USA market. This role is critical to expanding our footprint in the automotive aftermarket and distribution sector, requiring a mix of strong prospecting skills, resilience in outreach, and the ability to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels to generate qualified leads in the USA market.
Research target accounts, decision-makers, and industry trends within the automotive accessories and protective solutions sector to craft personalized outreach strategies.
Identify and connect with potential distributors, retail partners, and B2B customers in the automotive space.
Schedule discovery meetings / demos for the sales team with high-quality prospects.
Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track leads, activities, and pipeline progress.
Maintain a consistent pipeline and achieve / exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
Share feedback and insights from prospects to refine messaging, positioning, and sales strategy.
Stay up to date on automotive aftermarket trends and customer expectations.
Requirements
3+ years of SDR / BDR experience, preferably targeting the USA market.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage C-level executives and purchasing decision-makers.
Proven experience with cold outreach (calls & emails) and social selling.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
Required Skills
B2B and B2C sales / lead generation experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on experience in cold calling and email prospecting.

Preferred Skills
