Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Recruiter with C2H experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India, and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for current and future job openings
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring
Skills and Qualifications
2-6 years of experience in SAP recruitment with a proven track record of hiring for C2H positionsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of the job market context of India and the recruitment landscapeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managersExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment softwareAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks and prioritiesStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsFlexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and prioritiesHigh level of professionalism and integritySkills Required
