We are actively seeking referrals for a highly capable Tech Lead to drive innovation and lead engineering excellence in our cutting-edge projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong engineering mindset and deep experience in AdTech, OOH (Out-of-Home) Advertising, or E-commerce Technology.

Position Overview :

As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping technical strategies, driving development best practices, and mentoring engineering teams. You'll lead Agile PODs and oversee the full product development lifecycle - from solution design to deployment.

Key Requirements :

• 8+ years of hands-on development and leadership experience
• Strong experience leading Agile development teams (Scrum / Kanban)
• Proficient in Java, Python, and Angular
• Hands-on with MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL databases
• Experience with AWS and DevOps practices (CI / CD, Docker, Jenkins, etc.)
• Skilled in using Jira, Confluence, and dashboard tools
• Proven ability to design scalable, resilient, cloud-native architectures
• Domain background in AdTech, OOH Tech, or E-commerce is essential
