Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to drive technical strategy, ensure coding best practices, and mentor engineers.

This role combines hands-on Java / SQL expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on high-quality delivery, team development, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture, and technical best practices.
• Lead Java-based software deployment, integration, and performance optimization.
• Oversee the full SDLC : requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and career growth.
• Implement efficient workflows, CI / CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project priorities and deliverables.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement.
