About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic City Head - Ad / Media Sales to lead and drive the city's revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising / media sales, proven team management experience, and the ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the city's ad / media sales operations and be responsible for achieving revenue targets.
 - Manage and mentor a team of sales managers and executives to deliver on business goals.
 - Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business with existing ones.
 - Drive B2B and B2C partnerships, media tie-ups, and brand collaborations.
 - Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
 - Coordinate with cross-functional teams - marketing, operations, and finance - to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
 - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction through effective service 8-12 years of experience in ad / media sales, brand partnerships, or business development.
 - Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
 - Strong network within the advertising and media industry.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership abilities.
 - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
