Senior Analyst - SAP Commission

Job description :

Develop, implement, standardize, and maintain commission plans in collaboration with the sales operation’s leaders and finance teams.

Ensure commission plans align with business objectives, sales goals, and industry best practices.

Regularly review and update commission plans to account for changes in business strategies and market conditions.

Validate and reconcile commission data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors.

Performance Analysis and Optimization

Qualifications :

3 to 6 years of experience in SAP Commission.

Expert knowledge in writing packages / procedure using Oracle PL / SQL

Basic to intermediate knowledge in Report system design (Webi / Crystal Reports / Power BI / Embedded Analytics)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to commission-related systems and processes.

Experience in SAP HANA will be an added advantage.

Understands the data model in SAP Commission

Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed.
