At Technip Energies LLC, we are shaping the future of energy through innovation, sustainability, and digital excellence. To strengthen our growth marketing capabilities, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Performance Analyst who will play a strategic role in optimizing and scaling our digital performance across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will :

Lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.)
Develop and own advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth
Partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies
Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building data-driven culture within the organization

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles

Strong command of digital ad platforms : Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging channels

Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools : Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL (preferred)

Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes

Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders
