Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, CLRA, etc.).
- Coordinate with client HR / Finance teams to collect and validate data.
- Manage employee queries via helpdesk platforms and escalate complex cases.
- Maintain compliance trackers, calendars, MIS, and documentation records.
- Liaise with government authorities for registration, renewals, and statutory filings.
- Ensure 100% accuracy, SOP adherence, SLA compliance, and timely delivery.
- Stay updated on PF / EPFO circulars, notifications, and compliance changes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Commerce / Management or related field.1–4 years of experience in compliance, payroll, or finance operations (preferred).Strong MS Excel and comfort with statutory portals / filing systems.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented, compliance mindset, and ability to manage large data volumes.Experience interacting with EPFO officers / government departments is a plus.
