Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate LLM Modeling / NLP Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will design, build, fine-tune, and optimize state-of-the-art language models and NLP systems for both client and internal use. You’ll contribute directly to projects involving generative AI, text understanding, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows—leveraging the latest advances in LLMs and NLP research.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) for text generation, conversational agents, summarization, extraction, and other NLP-intensive tasks.
• Build and optimize NLP pipelines for data preprocessing, tokenization, embeddings, information retrieval, and semantic search.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model alignment best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, and MLOps engineers to understand project requirements and deliver robust, production-ready NLP solutions.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics;

iterate architectures and data strategies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and fairness.
