The Impact You'll Make

As a PLM Consultant at Danfoss, you'll be instrumental in driving our digital transformation by ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our Siemens Teamcenter PLM systems. Your contributions will empower global engineering teams to innovate efficiently and sustainably, supporting Danfoss' commitment to excellence and green manufacturing at our LEED Platinum-certified Oragadam campus.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide Level 1 / 2 support to Teamcenter users, resolving application and data-related issues with a focus on learning and continuous improvement.
  • Administer system health, apply updates, and manage user roles and permissions to ensure secure and efficient operations.
  • Support data migration and validation efforts, maintaining data integrity and compliance with global standards.
  • Analyze system performance, optimize queries, and recommend enhancements to improve scalability and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute to PLM system evolution.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated individual who is ready to grow and make a difference :

  • Strong foundational knowledge of PLM systems, especially Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Hands-on experience with BMIDE, ITK, Java, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with CAD integrations and ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Exposure to PLM support in global engineering environments and understanding of Agile or ITIL practices is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and improving systems that support innovation.
