Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition
- Understand manpower requirements from various departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, etc.).
- Create and post job advertisements on multiple platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule technical / management rounds.
- Coordinate and conduct walk-in drives and campus recruitment.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure timely onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source efficiency, and joining ratio.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain employee personal files and update HRMS / attendance systems regularly.Process new joiner formalities and exit formalities (resignation, clearance, full & final).Manage attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations for payroll processing.Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll inputs and salary disbursements.Support statutory compliance activities (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax).Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures at the plant level.3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and organize employee engagement activities (festivals, birthdays, cultural events, welfare programs).Address employee queries related to HR, leave, and benefits.Conduct induction, orientation, and communication sessions for new employees.Support grievance handling and employee counseling as required.4. HR Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports (Recruitment status, Attendance, Attrition, Headcount).Support audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation.Liaise with government bodies and external agencies for statutory inspections.Kindly connect
