Essential Responsibilities :

• Responsible for conducting sophisticated and detailed research of existing processes, systems, and desired objectives to meet the goals / intent of the assigned products.
• Work with Product Manager, and SMEs to prioritize feature development, based on the business value.
• Elicit and create initial epics / features and elaborate into user scenarios that clearly describe the functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Deliver business requirements via artifacts such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria based user stories, process flows, wireframe diagrams, interaction diagrams, mockups / demos, etc.
• Collaborate with a multi-functional team inside a Scrum framework.
• Conduct work sessions and document new features, requirements, and strategies.
• Oversight of testing, bug tracking, enhancements while ensuring issues are resolved before promoting to production environments.
• Able to work on multiple initiatives and balance constantly evolving priorities.
• Use data and analysis to convey solution impact and to support process driven solutions.
• Develop business logic and critical metrics for incorporation into decision support models and tools.
• Construct problem statement including problem description and improvement measures.
• Drill down beyond the problem surface to understand root cause.
• Delivering recommendations and supporting data to formulate solid, logical, and understandable business reasons.
• Supply guidance to project planning and effort estimation within scope.
• Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches.
• Ability to collaborate with, as well as develop and maintain internal customer relationships with business unit leaders.
