Role Overview :

We are seeking a Head of Events to lead the strategy and execution of offline and online events at Impacteers. This is a senior role focused on creating large-scale, impactful events-ranging from conferences, hackathons, and exhibitions to webinars and digital summits-that engage students, professionals, and industry leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech with B2C platform experience, excellent partnership-building skills, and a proven track record of driving high-quality event outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

• Define and execute the vision for Impacteers' event ecosystem (offline, online, and hybrid).
• Align events with organizational priorities across Jobs, Mentorship, and Community.
• Innovate event formats based on audience needs and market trends.
