Key Responsibilities :
Strategize and Execute Events :
- Lead planning and execution of offline and online events, including hackathons, college connect programs, and product-led marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage event calendars aligned with business goals.
B2B & B2C Engagement :
Build and nurture relationships with college institutions, student communities, and corporate partners.Design events that cater to both student audiences (B2C) and business stakeholders (B2B).Vendor & Host Management :
Identify, onboard, and manage event vendors, hosts, and logistics partners.Ensure high-quality execution and adherence to brand standards.Marketing & Promotion :
Collaborate with the online marketing team to promote events across digital channels.Drive user acquisition through targeted campaigns and event-based funnels.Innovation & Product-Led Strategy :
Integrate product features and launches into event formats to enhance engagement.Leverage data and feedback to optimize event performance and ROI.Budgeting & Reporting :
Own event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective execution.Track KPIs and prepare post-event reports for stakeholders.Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in tech, education, or startup ecosystems.Proven track record in hosting large-scale events, hackathons, and college outreach programs.Strong understanding of online marketing, user acquisition, and product-led growth strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Preferred Skills :
Experience with event tech platforms and CRM tools.Familiarity with student engagement strategies and campus ambassador programs.Creative mindset with a passion for building memorable experiences.Skills Required
