Junior BIM Architect (REVIT Modeling) - JG

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior BIM Architect proficient in Autodesk Revit with a strong interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM). This role focuses on creating and managing Revit families, producing accurate drafting and documentation, and supporting architectural projects to deliver high-quality BIM content and coordinated models.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain Revit families for furniture, fixtures, equipment, and building components.
• Prepare furniture layouts, finish plans, elevations, and construction details for hospitality and other projects.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to translate project requirements into accurate BIM models.
• Ensure Revit content and models comply with industry standards, company protocols, and project-specific guidelines.
• Organize and maintain documentation of Revit families, including parameters and version history.
• Support BIM integration and workflows across project teams, including model coordination and clash detection / resolution.
• Participate in model reviews, identify issues, and implement improvements to model quality and efficiency.
• Stay current with BIM trends, Revit updates, and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement.
