We are seeking a skilled Architectural BIM Modeler to join our growing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately translate 2D architectural designs from CAD or PDF into intelligent 3D models using Autodesk Revit. The models you create will be the foundation of our digital coordination and clash detection process, helping us prevent on-site issues and deliver projects more efficiently.

Required : Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. 2-4+ years of professional, hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit Architecture on real-world projects. Proven ability to read, understand, and interpret complex architectural construction drawings and specifications. Solid understanding of core architectural components like wall assemblies, floor systems, and ceiling construction. Knowledge of BIM principles, standards, and LOD concepts. Preferred (Advantageous) : Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment (coordinating with structural and MEP). Familiarity with clash detection software like Autodesk Navisworks. Experience working for a construction, engineering, or PMC firm. A basic understanding of structural and MEP systems and how they interact with architectural elements.
