Detail orientation, organisation, and persistence. Ability to work independently with partial US-hours overlap. Experience with data vendors and validation tools. Familiarity with deliverability (domains, warm-up, inbox health). Basic automation skills (e.g., CSV workflows, simple scripts). Net new verified contacts added weekly. Bounce rate within best-practice thresholds. Positive reply rate and qualified warm leads created. Data accuracy and CRM hygiene.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to build high-quality prospect lists and run outbound email and LinkedIn motions that convert into warm inbound conversations. You’ll own research, enrichment, light personalisation, sending, and handoffs.
