Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Job summary

As a Technology Delivery Lead , you will manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks while collaborating with stakeholders to manage project scope and risks. You will be responsible for driving profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery efforts, and proactively supporting sales with innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Subject Matter Expert (SME) : Expected to be an SME in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and collaborate with teams to drive project success.

Team Collaboration and Management : Manage and guide the team to ensure high performance, providing effective solutions to problems within the team and across multiple teams.

Decision Making : Responsible for key team decisions and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to decisions that impact project delivery.

Project Delivery : Lead the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central technology project delivery, ensuring that all aspects are executed effectively, on time, and within budget.

Scope and Risk Management : Ensure that project scope and risks are managed efficiently to prevent issues from impacting project timelines and goals.

Profitability and Success : Drive profitability by managing service quality, controlling costs, and ensuring that delivery meets both client and internal expectations.

Sales Support : Proactively support sales efforts by developing and delivering innovative solutions and maintaining delivery excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must-Have Skills :

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , with hands-on experience in managing and implementing this solution.

Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off module and related functionalities.

Proven experience in managing large and complex technology projects , especially those involving SAP solutions.

Ability to collaborate effectively with sponsors and teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on addressing challenges and delivering results.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , including project delivery and implementation experience.

Education : 15 years of full-time education is required (e.g., Bachelor's degree or equivalent).

Location : This position is based at our Kolkata office .
