What You Should Know About This Job

We are looking for RMs at multiple locations - Delhi, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Mysore, Hubli

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • To Identify and plan customer visits regularly to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to generate new orders and fulfill repeat orders.
  • Enable customers to place orders using digital tools and bring more digitization to the pre-order process.
  • Onboard customers and drive continuous transactions to meet GMV forecast and revenue targets through a combination of physical hunting and farming enabled by digital tools.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining delivery and quality standards and handling any customer queries.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, logistics, and category teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Introduce new products and categories to the market as per company requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations at the local level and as per company standards and policies.
