Job Role : Chief Financial Officer

Location : Hyderabad

Candidate must have experience in Infrastructure industry

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and infrastructure development plans.

Oversee all aspects of project financials, including profit and loss, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring, ensuring projects meet financial targets.

Lead efforts to raise capital, manage investor relations, and secure funding to support expansion and strategic initiatives.

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; analyze variances and take corrective actions to optimize financial health.

Establish and maintain robust risk management frameworks; ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Spearhead the digital transformation of financial processes, leveraging automation and new technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Identify, evaluate, and execute mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships that align with long-term growth plans.

Foster a culture of transparency, integrity, and ethical standards within the finance team and across the organization.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the finance staff, promoting a high-performance environment.

Qualifications & Experience :

CA, CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent financial qualifications.

Minimum 18+ years of senior financial leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Expertise in project finance, capital raising, and managing financial performance for complex infrastructure and public sector initiatives.

Deep understanding of financial modeling, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the infrastructure industry.

Strong experience in financial technologies, digital transformation, and modern finance systems.
