About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Chartered Accountant to join as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our manufacturing operations in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial strategy, cost control, and compliance management within a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund management to ensure financial stability.

Implement strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations (Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, etc.).

Analyze and monitor production costs, pricing, margins, and profitability to drive operational efficiency.

Supervise accounts, finance, and audit teams to ensure timely completion of books and reporting.

Liaise with banks, auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

Support management in strategic decision-making, including investments, expansion, and cost optimization.

Drive automation and ERP implementation for financial processes.

Present financial insights, MIS reports, and dashboards to the Board and senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong understanding of manufacturing industry finance and costing systems.

In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.

Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead finance functions independently and contribute to organizational growth.

Based in or willing to relocate to Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
