[Urgent Search] Lead – HR Operations & International Mobility

Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead our HR Operations and International Mobility function. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end mobility processes, including expatriate management, compliance with immigration regulations, and coordination with consulates and government bodies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in FRRO, FKCCI, and international visa processes, especially for China, KSA, UAE, Qatar, and Schengen countries.

Key Responsibilities :

International Mobility & Expat Management

• Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments, including onboarding, relocation, visa / work permit processing, and repatriation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for expatriates and international assignees.
• Ensure compliance with global mobility policies and local labor laws.

Immigration & Regulatory Compliance

Consulate & Embassy Coordination
