Job Title : VMS (Vendor Management Implementation Specialist)- (Coupa, Workday, SAP)

Job Location : 100% remote

Work hours : 8 hours per day – 1 : 30 pm to 10 : 30 pm with 1 hr. of break

Duration 6 months

5-7 years of experience required

Key Responsibilities

  • Work along with the Coupa VMS (Vendor Management System) implementation team finalizing the scope, performing FUT, SIT, coordinating UAT, driving the cutover / go-live
  • Work with the team to integrate Coupa VMS with Workday, Targetprocess and Apptio
  • Cross-check contractor data across Workday, Coupa, SAP, and other internal databases to ensure consistency.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, legal, finance) and external vendors to clarify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of SoW validations and data checks.
  • Support audits and reporting by providing clean, validated data as needed.
  • Proactively identify data quality issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as Workday, Coupa, and SAP.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data validation and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders / hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration.
  • Experience with VMS tools.
  • Familiarity with SoW structures and contract lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements related to contingent workforce management.
