Job descriptionConfigure, implement, and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management, Payroll (UK Payroll), and Helpdesk. Perform end-to-end testing to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents within Service Level Agreements. Partner with technical teams for integrations, reports, and security roles. Deliver training and documentation to HR / Payroll users and business stakeholders. Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and apply new features to optimize business processes. 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant. Hands-on experience in at least two or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, business processes, and best practices. Experience with UK Payroll statutory requirements and compliance. Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, and write functional design documents. Skilled in preparing test scripts, executing User Acceptance Testing, and supporting payroll parallel runs. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze system behavior and recommend solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Oracle Cloud HCM Certification(s) preferred.
