Job description

Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0-1 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues for internal / external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise cloud solutions, familiarity with Linux, networking, and databases, and excellent collaboration and communication skills are required.
  • Familiarity with common solutions, design patterns, or best practices.
  • Understanding of the AI / ML training and inference life-cycle.

    As a Cloud Technical Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling Ecoh Cloud infrastructure and providing essential support to our global user base. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams, collaborating to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges. This dynamic role offers invaluable hands-on exposure to cutting-edge cloud technologies and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our cloud services.

    Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance, monitor systems to implement improvements, and document solutions and best practices.
  • Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in Engineering, Sales, and customer organizations to resolve deployment and operational obstacles in AI infrastructure environments.
  • Work closely with multiple Product and Engineering teams to find ways to improve the product, and interact with our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to drive high-quality production.
