Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and create a database of prospects using tools like Apollo, LI Sales Navigator
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
• Craft cold emails and LinkedIn messages
• Explain the services clearly and handle client queries and objections
• Maintain lead records, update CRM & update reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
• Book discovery meetings for the sales team
