Job description

Immediate Joiners ONLY Position : Data Scientist

Desired Experience : 3-8 years

Team Environment :

Collaborate with interdisciplinary scientists, IT, and engineering professionals.
Solve critical problems and support business decision-making.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, paired with a problem-solving attitude.

Key Expertise Required :

At least 3 years in analytics, particularly with big data solutions.

Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in :

Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning

Big Data Platforms : SQL, Hadoop, Apache Spark, etc.

Programming Languages : Python and R.

Techniques : Statistical models, ML algorithms (e.g., Random Forest, SVM), Deep Learning models (e.g., CNN, RNN), and NLP.

Proposal building for analytics / data science solutions.

Hands-on data analysis and deriving actionable insights.

Experience collaborating with global teams and senior stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Strong analytical and logical mindset.

Well-organized with prioritization skills.

Independent, self-starting attitude with ownership of tasks.

Curious and collaborative, keen to learn.

Proficiency in English for a global team environment.

Educational Background :

Degree in fields like Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or Information Science.

Contributions on platforms like GitHub or Kaggle are advantageous.
