Position : Data Scientist

Desired Experience : 3-8 years

Team Environment :

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary scientists, IT, and engineering professionals.
  • Solve critical problems and support business decision-making.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, paired with a problem-solving attitude.

Key Expertise Required :

  • At least 3 years in analytics, particularly with big data solutions.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in :
  • Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning
  • Big Data Platforms : SQL, Hadoop, Apache Spark, etc.
  • Programming Languages : Python and R.
  • Techniques : Statistical models, ML algorithms (e.g., Random Forest, SVM), Deep Learning models (e.g., CNN, RNN), and NLP.
  • Proposal building for analytics / data science solutions.
  • Hands-on data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and logical mindset.
  • Well-organized with prioritization skills.
  • Independent, self-starting attitude with ownership of tasks.
  • Curious and collaborative, keen to learn.
  • Proficiency in English for a global team environment.

  • Degree in fields like Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or Information Science.
  • Contributions on platforms like GitHub or Kaggle are advantageous.
