Role (Full-time, On-site)
Lead F&B operations : Restaurants, Banquets, Bar, In-Room Dining.Uphold service SOPs and brand standards;conduct floor audits.
Drive revenue : menu engineering, upselling, promotions, and events.Partner with the Executive Chef on menus, tastings, and quality.Plan and execute banquets / weddings with precise pre- / post-function control.Manage P&L, cost control (food / beverage cost), inventory, and vendor relations.Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance (FSSAI / HACCP, excise norms).Recruit, schedule, train, and develop F&B teams;lead briefings.
Handle guest feedback and service recovery;track GSS / NPS and outlet KPIs.
Oversee POS accuracy, discounts / voids, and daily sales reports.Qualifications
4–7+ years in F&B leadership (luxury / upper-upscale preferred).Strong people leadership, planning, and banquet operations expertise.Knowledge of costing, inventory, and licensing / compliance.Proficient with POS and basic F&B analytics / MIS.Hospitality Degree / Diploma (preferred);beverage / wine certifications are a plus.
Excellent communication and guest-service skills.English fluency;Tamil / local language anadvantage;shift / weekend flexibility.
