Deputy Technical Manager (FSSAI Food Analyst)

Deputy Technical Manager required for an NABL accredited Food, Water and Environmental testing lab in Kochi. The candidate must have passed both theory and practical of  FSSAI 10th Food Analyst Examination (mandatory)  and should be an FSSAI Approved Analyst, who is authorized to sign the Chemical and Microbiology test reports.

Responsibilities

The person will be fully responsible for FSSAI related works and should be well versed in Food analysis including instruments like GCMSMS, LCMSMS, ICPMS, HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, wet lab analysis, nutritional factor analysis etc.

Qualifications

M.Sc. Chemistry / Microbiology / equivalent candidates from Kerala with more than 5 years experience in FSSAI Food analysis in NABL accredited testing labs and qualified in 10th FAE may apply. If the candidate is an NABL Auditor, it is preferred.
