Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with 7+ years of experience to take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java and its ecosystem, with a proven track record of leading development teams. This role requires an individual who is a master of the full web development lifecycle - from design to deployment - and can ensure the highest levels of performance, quality, and responsiveness for our applications. You will be responsible for leading new initiatives, mentoring team members, and building scalable, enterprise-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Full-Lifecycle Development : Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from initial requirement discussions and system design to coding, debugging, and maintenance.
• Backend Development : Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code using the Spring Boot framework. You will focus on creating scalable, enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs based on a Microservices architecture.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership : Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to design functional and cohesive code that enhances the user experience. You will take the lead on new initiatives, provide technical guidance and support to internal teams, and foster a culture of shared responsibility for code quality and organization.
• Performance & Quality Assurance : Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. You will also help maintain code quality through automation and adherence to best practices.
• Technical Expertise : Apply an in-depth understanding of the entire web development process. This includes making informed decisions on when to use relational versus NoSQL databases and ensuring the proper use of concepts like MVC, JDBC, and RESTful principles.
