We are amid a digital transformation journey - deploying tools designed to streamline our end-to-end media production ecosystem & are looking for a QA Specialist to execute, and support all software testing activities and ensure every product we release performs reliably, integrates seamlessly, and drives operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts across multiple internal tools and modules.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify UI / UX bugs, functional defects, and workflow inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into clear test scenarios.
• Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing as new tools are deployed and integrated.
• Log and track bugs through resolution, ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation.
• Validate data flows and cross-platform interactions between tools (e.G., asset management, cost estimation, and approval systems).
• Recommend improvements to the QA process and suggest automation opportunities where feasible.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to QA process documentation and automation strategy.
• Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development, cloud computing, and CI / CD.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing will be added advantage.
