Job descriptionManage full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation and offer negotiations. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations and cultural fit. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, networking and talent mapping. Conduct pre-screening and competency-based interviews to identify the right talent. Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey from first contact till onboarding. Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, feedback collection, and final selection closure. Create and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or critical business functions. Track and report metrics such as time-to-hire, hiring costs, offer acceptance ratio and source effectiveness. Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources / Business Administration / relevant field. 2 - 4 years of strong hands-on experience in recruitment / talent acquisition. Proven expertise in hiring for multiple functions and domains using portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Strong interviewing skills, negotiation skills, and understanding of job market trends.

- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent acquisition across junior to mid-level roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build high-performing teams.
- This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and experience working in fast-paced hiring environments.
